“ We spent 3 days in Gigantes and despite our inclusive meals in our hotel, we tried and ventured the surrounding shops. This restaurant so far served us the most delicious paella I ever had especially the black rice with squid.. The Razon Clams were also spectacular a swell!! ”
“ Great experience all around. Fantastic, friendly service with amazing views (incredible sunset). The food is awesome. Loads of fresh sea food options for a great price. The cheesecake is probably the best I have ever had in my life. ”
“ Worth a visit. Very good food and a nice view. We enjoyed paella with seafood. ”
“ No kidding, the best paella negra I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’ve had a lot of them and I try to have them whichever Spanish place I would go. But this one was the best! It literally tasted like the ocean. The lobster paella was also great but again my money is on the paella negra. We also had razor clams which were so fresh and sweet. The dessert was also great. This restaurant we initially didn’t choose because we were already eyeing a different one for lunch. However, what luck we had for wounding up here. I would definitely recommend this place. What a gem! ”
“ Nestled along a breathtaking coastline, Cielo y Mar is a culinary masterpiece that truly lives up to its name, meaning "sky and sea." From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an ambiance of sophisticated tranquility. The panoramic windows offer an uninterrupted view of the azure ocean, creating a dining experience that feels both grand and intimate. The menu is a testament to the chef's genius, with each dish a work of art. The seared scallops with black truffle oil were perfectly tender, melting in the mouth with a delicate, earthy flavor. The grilled sea bass, caught fresh that morning, was a revelation—crisp skin giving way to flaky, succulent flesh, all enhanced by a subtle lemon-herb marinade. Service is impeccable, with knowledgeable staff anticipating every need without being intrusive. They guided us through the extensive wine list, recommending a crisp Albariño that paired exquisitely with our seafood. A dinner at Cielo y Mar is not just a meal; it's an unforgettable journey of flavors, sights, and sounds. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly exceptional dining experience. ”
